Nate and Alicia: Engagement- Nashville, TN

I had a wonderful time photographing Alicia and Nate. They are such a sweet couple and I enjoyed every moment of their engagement shoot. We started out in downtown Nashville and moved our way to Centennial Park. Centennial Park is a very special place for Alicia and Nate because that is the place where they shared their first kiss. Another beautiful thing about this couple is that they share a love for Louisville baseball. Nate is so thoughtful and made a customized Louisville Slugger Museum baseball bat with special dates engraved on it! I am so excited about photographing their wedding in July!!

Here is the verse that was engraved in their baseball bat that I think is perfect for the love that they share and for the commitment that they are making with each other and God.

Ephesians 4:1-3

1 As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. 2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. 3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.

Bell Buckle, TN

Over the holidays Jake and I traveled to Manchester, TN to see his parents. During our visit we stopped off in Bell Buckle, TN to visit this sweet little town. My mom has told me for a while now that I need to visit Bell Buckle, because it is so sweet and quaint, and it was!! It was just what I imagined and more. We got there right at sunset and everything was closed! So all we could do was walk around, not to mention that it was freezing cold outside!! I would LOVE to go back and take some more pictures during one of their festivals. This is such a sweet southern town! I loved it! Here are just a few pics.

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas.....

I had a wonderful Christmas with my family this year. It was full of sweet memories and one of the best things is that it snowed!! I can't remember the last white Christmas I have had. The best thing about having this camera is that I felt like I captured some wonderful things this season. Here are some of my favorite pictures!

These ornaments are really special to me, they were my mamaw's. I miss her so much.
